Marti Liranza Casin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a foreign-trained physician (medical school in Cuba) with hands-on experience in the Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This critical-care foundation informs a background in wound care, venous disease and aesthetic medicine, plus advanced training in vascular ultrasound, minimally invasive vein procedures and injectables.
Marti built Veins & Wellness around one philosophy: natural-looking, anatomy-respecting results and personalized treatment plans — never one-size-fits-all packages. Care is delivered in English and Spanish for the Las Vegas community.
